As founder, she focuses on developing new initiatives, fostering collaboration, and enhancing programs. engagement, ensuring that iCare continues to innovate in its efforts to support impoverished and disadvantaged communities.

Zhuotong takes a hands on approach to leadership, actively engaging with team members and volunteers to create meaningful opportunities for growth and learning.

Zhuotong is known for her forward thinking vision and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age ranges, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose within the organization.

首席執行官

赵豌是北京第80中学国际部11年级学生。她自加入 iCare 慈善组织以来，持续参与公益活动已有五年，并于2025年担任组织首席执行官（CEO）。在此期间，她展现出了出色的责任感、沟通能力和同理心，以稳定而富有建设性的领导方式推动组织不断发展。

担任CEO期间，赵豌积极策划并组织多项公益活动，包括慈善义卖、环保回收项目以及教育支持行动，为资源相对匮乏地区的学校筹集学习用品并提供帮助。同时，她长期关注西藏地区教育发展，积极参与多项志愿教学项目，在项目策划、团队协作和活动执行中发挥了重要作用。

Wan Zhao is an 11th-grade student at the International Department of Beijing No.80 High School. She has been an active member of iCare for five years and has served as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer since 2025. Throughout her involvement, Wan has demonstrated exceptional responsibility, communication skills, and empathy, bringing thoughtful leadership and renewed energy to the organization.

As CEO, Wan has successfully initiated and coordinated a variety of community service projects, including charity sales, environmental recycling campaigns, and educational support programs. Through these efforts, she and her team have collected and delivered essential learning materials to schools in underserved communities. She has also been actively involved in educational initiatives supporting students in Tibet, where she contributed significantly to volunteer teaching programs through careful planning, collaboration, and hands-on engagement.

Wan is a thoughtful and inclusive leader who values teamwork and actively seeks input from others. She has the ability to listen, organize, and inspire those around her, turning ideas into meaningful action. Her creativity, practical approach, and strong sense of social responsibility have helped expand iCare’s impact within the community and have positively influenced the lives of many students.

財務總監

蘆銘心一名日本國際高中在讀生，於2022年9月加入iCare國際公益組織，擔任財務總監壹職。任職以來，她全面統籌機構財務運作，從年度預算編制、籌款資金追蹤到財務報告出具，每壹個環節都嚴謹細致，為機構決策提供了精準的數據支撐。她始終以高度的責任感管理資金，確保每壹分善款都用在實處，同時積極與各部門協作，讓財務策略與公益目標同頻，為iCare的穩健發展築牢了根基。

MingXin Lu is a current student at a Japanese international high school. She joined the iCare International Charity Organization in September 2022 and took on the position of Finance Director. Since taking up this role, she has comprehensively coordinated the financial operations of the organization, from the preparation of annual budgets, tracking of fundraising funds to the issuance of financial reports. Every step was carried out meticulously, providing precise data support for the organization's decision making. She has always managed funds with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring that every penny of charity funds is used effectively. At the same time, she actively collaborated with various departments to make the financial strategies align with the charity goals, laying a solid foundation for the stable development of iCare.

理事长

Mia為南加州大學本科三年級在讀學生，自2018年起，韓孟澄深度參與iCare工作並出任理事长壹職。作為機構核心領導者，在統籌全局、推動iCare組織戰略落地的過程中扮演著不可或缺的關鍵角色。

韓孟澄以熱情與責任感感染團隊，兼具嚴謹的組織協調能力與靈活的問題解決思路。面對突發挑戰時，她能迅速梳理脈絡，提出創新性的解決方案，同時註重團隊的健康發展。在她的帶領下，iCare迸發出充滿活力、積極向上的生命能量，讓成員在實現機構使命的過程中收獲成長。

Mia is a third year undergraduate student at the University of Southern California. Since 2018, Han Mengcheng has been deeply involved in the work of iCare and has taken on the position of chairperson. As the core leader of the organization, she plays an indispensable and crucial role in coordinating the overall situation and promoting the implementation of iCare's organizational strategy.

Han Mengcheng inspires the team with enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, and possesses rigorous organizational coordination skills as well as flexible problem solving thinking. When facing sudden challenges, she can quickly sort out the situation and propose innovative solutions, while also paying attention to the healthy development of the team. Under her leadership, iCare has exuded vibrant and positive life energy, allowing members to grow while fulfilling the organization's mission.

ChengRui Yu

Rui現就讀於北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校大二，加入ICARE慈善組織多年，曾擔任組織CEO，卸任CEO職務後，現任副理事長兼後勤保障總監。他統籌團隊食宿、交通、物資、炊事、安全等全後勤模塊工作，負責甘孜公益行的後勤方案規劃、資源調度與現場落地保障。 他具備豐富的山區遠赴公益保障經驗，優化食宿安排、交通路線與炊事團隊管理，建立完善的後勤應急預案，協調物資管理、安全保障、衛生管理等崗位有序運轉，保障團隊出行安全、生活穩定。他做事嚴謹高效，擅長統籌協調，可針對高原環境特點靈活調整後勤配置，為各項公益項目的順利推進築牢堅實的後勤根基。

Rui is a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been a long standing member of ICARE Charity Organization and previously served as the organization’s CEO. After stepping down from the CEO role, he now serves as Vice Chairman and Director of Logistics Support. He oversees all logistics modules including team accommodation, transportation, materials, catering and safety, and is responsible for logistics planning, resource allocation and on site implementation for the Ganzi public welfare trip. He has extensive experience in logistics support for public welfare initiatives in remote mountainous regions. He optimizes accommodation arrangements, transportation routes and catering team management, formulates robust logistics emergency plans, and coordinates the orderly operation of material management, safety assurance and hygiene management to guarantee the team’s travel safety and stable daily life. Meticulous and efficient, he excels at overall coordination and can flexibly adjust logistics configurations in response to the unique plateau environment, laying a solid logistical foundation for the smooth delivery of various public welfare projects.

YaEr Yu

JiaYou Liu

家佑是埃默裡大學的壹名本科生，在Tibet的年度慈善活動和籌款活動中擔任領導角色。他早在高中二年級時就加入了iCare，他對改善貧困社區的熱情通過各種活動得到了體現。除了籌款活動，他還發起了法律知識普及活動，以提高人們對法律權利和保護方法的認識。

Jiayou is an undergraduate from Emory university who took leadership roles in the annual charity events at Tibet and fundraising. He joined iCare as a sophomore back in high school, and his passion for improving the impoverished communities has reflected through various events. Apart from fundraisers, he also initiated legal knowledge popularization campaigns to promote awareness of legal rights and methods of protection.

Tony

Tony 現就讀於新加坡國立大學，加入ICARE慈善組織多年，現擔任秘書長一職。主要負責團隊行政統籌、對外對接、行程管理、文檔歸檔及內外溝通協調，統籌各部門日常運營，保障公益項目高效有序推進。 他思維縝密、做事高效，具備豐富的公益組織經驗，負責對接家長、合作單位及團隊事務，及時同步公益動態、整理活動資料、協調團隊分工，確保全程流程規範、運行流暢。長年深耕公益服務，具備優秀的統籌與溝通能力，為團隊穩定運行與公益落地提供堅實保障。

Tony is currently studying at the National University of Singapore. He has been part of the ICARE Charity Organization for many years and serves as Secretary General. He is responsible for administrative management, external liaison, schedule arrangement, document filing and internal coordination, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient progress of public welfare projects. Diligent and well organized, he possesses rich experience in public welfare management. He connects parents, partners and team affairs, updates public welfare progress regularly, sorts out activity materials, and coordinates team work to ensure standardized and smooth operation. With years of public welfare experience and outstanding coordination skills, he provides strong support for the stable development of the team.

Lai Wei

魏來現為在讀博士研究生，加入ICARE慈善組織多年，現擔任監事一職，負責監督公益經費、物資使用全流程，審核項目開支，核查物資出入庫記錄，保障公益運作公開透明。 他秉持客觀公正的原則，定期核查公益賬目、物資盤點情況，對團隊運營流程進行監督，及時反饋優化建議，維護公益公信力。多年來深度參與公益事務，具備嚴謹的審核意識與責任感，為組織規範運行把關。

Lai Wei is a current doctoral student. He has been a member of ICARE Charity Organization for many years and now serves as Supervisor. He is responsible for overseeing the entire process of public welfare funds and material utilization, reviewing project expenditures, and verifying material inbound and outbound records to ensure the transparent operation of public welfare initiatives. Adhering to the principles of objectivity and impartiality, he regularly audits public welfare accounts and material inventory, supervises the team’s operational procedures, puts forward timely optimization suggestions, and safeguards the credibility of public welfare. Having been deeply engaged in public welfare affairs for years, he possesses a rigorous sense of examination and a strong sense of responsibility, safeguarding the standardized operation of the organization.

ZiQi Wang

王子齊現為美高9年級學生，加入ICARE慈善組織後，參與山區支教幫扶工作，負責為當地學生開展課業輔導、趣味素質課堂。 他耐心細心，能夠結合孩子的學習情況設計教學內容，組織課堂互動，調動學習積極性。同時配合團隊完成入戶走訪，關注學生成長，記錄教學日常。 Allen吃苦耐勞，富有愛心，積極配合團隊工作，用教學行動助力山區教育，傳遞公益溫暖。

Wang Ziqi (Allen) is a 9th grade student in an American high school. Having joined ICARE Charity Organization, he has participated in volunteer teaching support in mountainous areas, providing academic tutoring and interesting quality oriented classes for local students. Patient and careful, he designs teaching content tailored to students’ learning conditions, organizes classroom interactions to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning. Meanwhile, he cooperates with the team to conduct household visits, pays attention to students’ growth and keeps records of daily teaching work. Hard working and compassionate, Allen actively collaborates with the team. He contributes to rural education through teaching practice and conveys the warmth of public welfare.
