Since September 2018, Zhuo Tong has been a dynamic force within ICARE, uniquely integrating creativity, leadership, and a firm commitment to social impact. As the founder, she focuses on developing new initiatives, promoting collaboration, and enhancing project participation, ensuring that iCare continues to innovate in supporting the poor and vulnerable groups. Zhuo Tong adopts an hands-on leadership style, actively interacting with team members and volunteers to create meaningful growth and learning opportunities. Zhuo Tong is renowned for her forward-thinking vision and her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, thereby fostering a sense of unity and shared goals within the organization.

Since 2018, Han Mengcheng has been deeply involved in the work of ICARE and has taken on the position of chairperson. As the core leader of the organization, she plays an indispensable and crucial role in coordinating the overall situation and promoting the implementation of iCare's organizational strategy. Han Mengcheng inspires the team with enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, and possesses rigorous organizational coordination skills as well as flexible problem-solving thinking. When facing sudden challenges, she can quickly sort out the situation and propose innovative solutions, while also paying attention to the healthy development of the team. Under her leadership, ICARE has exuded vibrant and positive life energy, allowing members to grow while fulfilling the organization's mission.

余鋮睿於2022年9月加入ICARE，並擔任 副主席壹職。任職以來，他積極協助主 席統籌機構戰略規劃，深度參與核心項 目的創意、決策與推進等相關工作—— 對內搭建高效協作機制，協調各項資源 整合相關的工作；對外緊密連結公益合 作開展區域，布置工作重點。憑借出色 的溝通能力與全局視野，他多次推動公 益項目落地，為ICARE實現關愛、大愛的 使命，以及援助項目的順利落成提供了 堅實的支撐。

Yu Chengrui joined ICARE in September 2022 and took on the position of vice chairman. Since taking up this role, he has actively assisted the chairman in coordinating the strategic planning of the organization, deeply participating in the creative, decision-making and promotion-related work of core projects - both internally, he has established an efficient collaboration mechanism and coordinated the integration of various resources; externally, he has closely connected with regional public welfare cooperation and set work priorities. With his outstanding communication skills and broad perspective, he has successfully promoted the implementation of several public welfare projects on multiple occasions, providing solid support for ICARE to fulfill its mission of care and love, as well as the smooth completion of assistance projects.

余婭爾於2022年9月加入ICARE國際公益 組織，擔任材務總監壹職。任職以來， 她全面統籌機構材務運作，從年度預算 編制、籌款資金追蹤到材務報告出具， 每壹個環節都嚴謹細致，為機構抉策提 供了精準的數據支撐。她始終以高度的 責任感管理資金，確保每壹分善款都用 在實處，同時積極與各部門協作，讓材 務策略與公益目標同頻，為ICARE的穩健 發展築牢了根基。

Yu Yaer joined the ICARE International Charity Organization in September 2022 and took on the position of Finance Director. Since taking up this role, she has comprehensively coordinated the financial operations of the organization, from the preparation of annual budgets, tracking of fundraising funds to the issuance of financial reports. Every step was carried out meticulously, providing precise data support for the organization's decision-making. She has always managed funds with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring that every penny of charity funds is used effectively. At the same time, she actively collaborated with various departments to make the financial strategies align with the charity goals, laying a solid foundation for the stable development of ICARE.
